Appointed by the Desoto City Council to serve as City Manager in March 2020. Previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant City Administrator, as well as the Finance Director and Budget Manager, for Davenport, Iowa between 2010 to 2020. Between 2007 and 2010 he was a Budget Analyst for the city of Aurora, Illinois. He has a master’s degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s in Communications from Brigham Young University.
